These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern access to and use of the Disc In Project website (the “Site”). By browsing the Site, you agree to the current T&C.

The Site is generally available 24/7, subject to maintenance, force majeure or outages beyond our control. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time without prior notice.

3. User account (if any)

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these T&C.

4. Content & intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content (texts, visuals, logos, trademarks, videos, layouts and code) is protected by IP laws and owned by Disc In Project or partners. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

When you submit content, you warrant you hold the rights and grant Disc In Project a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it on the Site. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these T&C or the law.

Disc In App: features and visuals may change over time. References to app stores do not imply endorsement by those platforms.
Disc In Camp / Disc In School: descriptions, pricing, availability and enrollment terms may vary. Refer to the dedicated pages/documents at the time of registration.

11. Security

You agree not to disrupt the Site or attempt unauthorized access to our systems (e.g., injection, massive scraping, bypassing security measures).

12. Changes to the T&C

We may update these T&C at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of your visit.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Grenoble, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
