After careful consideration, we are very sorry to announce that Disc In Camp 2026 will not take place as planned.

This decision was not easy. The venue costs were too high, and despite our efforts, we did not receive enough sponsor support to reduce the participation fee and make the camp financially sustainable. In addition, the Ultimate calendar is especially busy this year, with several major events taking place around the same period, including WJUCC during the same week.

All registered participants will receive a refund of their participation fee as soon as possible. Please note that the process may take some time. We kindly ask participants not to contact us about missing refunds before 15 July, as we expect the refund process to be completed by then.

As stated in our terms and conditions, Disc In Camp cannot cover additional costs outside of the camp fee, such as travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses. As a non-profit association, we are unfortunately not in a position to take responsibility for those external costs.

We are currently considering the possibility of replacing Disc In Camp with a smaller special edition on 11–12 July, in the form of a Raduno Chimera: a practice weekend with Chimera coaches, focused on training, development and community. The location is still to be defined, and the event is not confirmed yet. More information will be shared soon if this alternative format becomes possible.

We sincerely thank everyone who registered, supported the project, shared it, or believed in this edition of Disc In Camp. Even though this year did not go as planned, the spirit behind the camp remains the same: creating a space where players can grow, connect, learn, compete and share the culture of Ultimate.
